1. Machine Features
(1) The whole machine adopts desktop gantry structure, bilateral driven; x y axis use high precision round linear guide rail; transmission system adopts precision gear and rack, which enables stable running.
(2) The lathe bed adopts full welded structure, main frame were welded from 100x100mm rectangular steel pipe. As a result, the machine ischaracterized by great strength, high precision and not easy deformation, etc.
(3) Beams, side panel and all moving parts all adopt precisely casted and accurately milled aluminum alloy, characterized by high strength and light inertia, not only ensuring the high strength of machine tool, and effectively avoid the unstability of cutting position caused by the high inertia problems.
(4) The enclosed environmental bottom groove and smoke handling system make sure that the smoke generated in the cutting process can be exhausted in time, so the workers are protected from inhaling the smoke.
